ANK Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your ANK purchase, you can return item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order, if you have placed your order outside of Singapore. Orders received from Singapore should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of ANK. The items need to be returned with the dispatch note. And we will be happy to refund your order.

*Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customised jewelry, custom orders, re-design services, any personalised services or repairs.

We highly recommend that you send items back to us via Registered Mail which needs to be Signed for delivery for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer service team will contact you.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
Our products are sold through various select sales channels so please be aware that we can only process a return where the item was purchased directly from www.amynesskingsley.com and we will therefore need a receipt or dispatch note to verify this.
